In time with the celebration of the Bonifacio Day on November 30, the City Government of Tagum will be spearheading a fun run dubbed as HEROES RUN 2014. This fun run is initiated to honor our living modern heroes who have sworn to dedicate their lives to serve God, country, and fellowmen. They serve the nation in many ways, making them true modern-day heroes who usually at the front line not only

to protect our sovereignty but also to provide utmost assistance during emergencies and disaster. Our Philippine Army, Philippine National Police and all other government institutions deserve to be honored for all their contributions, sacrifices, heroic actions, their role in guarding peace, democracy, nation building and development. this is the living proof that heroism still exist in modern times. It is on the premise, that the City Government will organize and support this activity on November 30, 2014 which will be joined by various sectors in locality.
