I met Sir Manny and Ma’am Girlie back in 2023, when I was just starting my hosting journey. In the middle of dinner, they called me over, offered me a seat, and insisted I dine with them. After the event, they handed me one of the biggest tips I had ever received—enough for me to buy my very first hosting suit and new pair of shoes.
Now, it’s their turn. This time, I want to give them a superb celebration, not just as a couple, but as people who believed in me when I was just beginning.
People like them are heaven-sent. They remind me why I do what I do, and they anchor me to the value of service, kindness, and trust. 💙
