The 15% discount applies to:

2. Promo Mechanics
2.1 Discount Details
Guests are entitled to 15% OFF the regular published room rate.
Discount is per room, per night.
Cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
2.2 Booking & Stay Period
Booking dates: February 10–16, 2026
Stay dates: February 11–16, 2026 only
Bookings outside the promo period are not eligible for the discount.
2.3 Payment Terms
Full payment is required to confirm reservation.
Payments are non-refundable but may be rebooked once within 30 days, subject to room availability and management approval.
3. Inclusions & Exclusions
Inclusions
Use of booked room for overnight stay
Standard in-room amenities
Complimentary services normally included in the room type
Exclusions
Food & beverage orders
Function rooms or event packages
Third-party or OTA bookings (unless approved by management)
Other ongoing promos, discounts, senior citizen, or PWD discounts
No double discounting allowed
4. Guest Policies During Promo
Standard check-in (2:00 PM) and check-out (12:00 NN) policies apply.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and applicable fees.
Guests must present valid ID upon check-in.
Hotel house rules and security policies remain in effect.
5. Cancellation & Rebooking
No cancellation refund once payment is confirmed.
One-time rebooking allowed within 30 days from original stay date.
Rebooking is subject to room availability and rate difference.
6. Marketing & Promotion Guidelines
Promo is clearly advertised as:
“Valentine’s 15% OFF Room Promo | Feb 11–16, 2026 Only”
All marketing materials must include:
Booking channels
Non-refundable clause
No double discounting policy
7. Responsibility & Approval
