AirAsia Group said Sunday it was offering up to 5 million seats on sale price for travel between March 1 to November 21 next year.

For those who are still joining this race, please be informed that due a very few participants, this race will still push through but medal and souvenir shirt will be given on a later time. It will be mailed to finishers (medal and shirt) and participants (shirt only in case of DNF) within a month. Thank you and see you on race day.

What are your plans this November? How about visiting Antique for 3 big reasons.

1. Join the 3rd Antique Marathon on November 13 and run 3 historic towns of Sibalom, Hamtic and the capital, San Jose.

2. If you are a "mamaw" and you want to make the most of your trip, after all it's a bit far and you want to make the most of your spending, make the Antique Marathon your L*D (provided you can make the 7 hour cut-off) and join the Antique 50R Hamtic-Aningalan 50Km road ultramarathon the following weekend, November 20. So, what will you do the days in between those 2 races? That will lead to reason number 3.

3. Since your last L*D is a bit heavy and you only have 1 week 'til the next race, you can just spend the whole week tapering and relaxing while visiting the tourist spots in the province. On a clear weather, this is the finish area and camp site of the 1st Antique 50R: Hamtic-Aningalan 50Km Road Ultramarathon on November 20, 2016. 900MASL. The weather could change into a foggy, rainy, windy in a matter of minutes. Aningalan is considered little Baguio of Antique. Runners are invited for an overnight camping after the race provided they have their own tent.

HAMTIC – SAN JOSE – SIBALOM – SAN REMEGIO - ANINGALAN

INCLUSIONS
Event Shirt, Medal, Post-race Meal

Race Briefing and claiming of race kit: November 19, 2016, 2:00pm at Rose Traveller’s Inn. Attendance is a must! All runners must submit their medical certificate upon claiming of race kit. NO MC, NO RACE!

Assembly Time: 3:00am, Hamtic Municipal Plaza
Gun Time: 4:00am at Hamtic Municipal Plaza
Cut off: 2:00pm (10 hours). Camping will follow after the race. Those who wanted to stay overnight are required to bring their own tent.

Aid Stations: 2 aid stations will be situated at the towns of Sibalom (Km22) and San Remegio (Km34) where runners can eat and refill their hydration vest.

AWARDS
• Trophy for top 3 Male
• Trophy for top 3 Female

Rules & Regulations:
1. Participants below 18 years old must have their waiver signed by a parent/guardian.
2. All participants are REQUIRED to submit a Medical Certificate not older than 1 month before race day. NO MEDICAL CERTIFICATE, NO RUN!
3. Race bib number must be worn at all time during the race. It should be pinned in front of the running shirt.
4. Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable.
5. Finisher’s shirt size is on a first-come-first serve basis. It will be distributed during race briefing.
6. Organizers maintain the right to remove any participant from the race due to injuries and violations. Injuries and medical emergencies are the utmost priority.
7. A cut off time will be strictly implemented. Runners on the course after the cut off time will be pulled out by the race marshals.
8. The race will start exactly on time. LATE RUNNERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RUN.
9. Organizers will impose disqualification on runners who do not follow race rules.
10. NO CHEATING! Runners are NOT allowed to ride any vehicle or take a short cut even he is not aiming for a podium finish unless he declares himself DNF. All runners must start and end the race exactly like all runners do.
11. All protests related to the results must be made in writing and submitted to the Race Director within 30 minutes after the official announcement of winners.
12. The organizers reserve the right to make changes at its discretion without prior notice. The organizers’ decision is final.
