First off, to Bobby – my former college student. Look at you now, dad of the year! Here you are organizing a party. Thank you for trusting me to be part of Luna’s special day – it’s been such a joy watching you grow from a student to the proud, handsome dad standing here today. Plus, thanks for rounding up those few old classmates – that mini reunion had us laughing so hard, I almost forgot I was supposed to be emceeing!
And Meg – oh, Meg, you are a dream client! You followed every single one of my prize-prep instructions to the letter… and then some! I said ‘maybe a few prizes to keep people happy’ – you said ‘let’s turn this into a giveaway festival!’ Everyone here is walking away with something. Your generosity made this day so much more fun, and that energy spilled over into every message shared and every dance move busted out on the floor.
Now, let’s talk about the real stars of the show – the lechon I’m taking home and that body patch for my back pain. Bobby, you know me too well – after hours of emceeing, dancing, and laughing, my back was screaming ‘retirement!’ But that patch is already working magic, and that lechon? Hehehe, you didn’t just thank me with words – you thanked me with food and pain relief – that’s true love right there!
