Pursuant to Memorandum Circular Nom 116, s. 2026, issued by the Office of the President, the work schedule for the Local Government Unit of San Francisco on April 1, 2026 (Holy Wednesday) shall be as follows:

📌8:00 AM - 12 NN : Work-from-Home
📌12:00 NN onwards: Suspension of Work

This arrangement is implemented to give government employees sufficient time to prepare for and travel to their respective provinces for the observance of Maundy Thursday and Good Friday (April 2-3, 2026)

However, offices whose functions include the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/ response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services shall continue with their operations under usual working arrangements and render the necessary services.

Agusan del Sur reigns supreme at the 2026 CRAG! 🏆

Congratulations, Agusan del Sur for once again emerging as the overall champion of the 2026 Caraga Regional Athletic Games (CRAG) held in Surigao City. The province’s dominant performance highlights its growing strength and excellence in regional sports development.

With an impressive haul of 133 gold, 102 silver, and 87 bronze medals, totaling 322 medals, the Agsurnon athletes showcased exceptional skill, discipline, and determination, bringing pride and honor to the entire province.

This victory also serves as a powerful momentum as Agusan del Sur prepares to host the 2026 Palarong Pambansa, a historic national sporting event in the country.

On March 6, 2026, local establishment owners and selected LGU personnel successfully completed the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Training, conducted by the Provincial Tourism Office.

The training strengthened participants’ skills in customer service, guest welcoming, and promoting professional and hospitable service.

This initiative supports the province’s preparation for Palaro Tu AgSur 2026, ensuring local establishments are ready to serve visiting delegates.
