The 33rd Pintaflores Festival Committee extends its sincere appreciation to the San Carlos City Council for Youth Affairs and its dedicated volunteers for their valuable participation in the festival.

We recognize the commitment and service of the volunteer groups from Colegio de Santa Rita de San Carlos Inc BS Tourism, Colegio de Sto Tomas Recoletos, San Carlos City ROTC and BS Crim, Triskelion de San Carlos City Council, and Kapatiran Ng Kabataang Kriminolohiya 1970 San Carlos Chapter.
