About Mr. Fahrenheit

Mr. Fahrenheit is an annual male pageant, exclusive only for gay men and bisexuals. It is the first and the longest running of its kind, since 2003 according to Wikipedia. Its mission is to support the advocacy towards mental health, tackling various issues like clinical depression, suicidal tendencies and stigma of HIV/AIDS. In memory of James Bryan Deang, 2018 winner.

Mr. Fahrenheit holds the official Philippine franchise to the Mr. Gay World pageant.

Its two (2) main platforms are to promote the use and benefits of Pre-exposure prophylaxis or PreP; and to advocate Mental Health Awareness, with help of our partners Prep Pilipinas, Loveyourself Inc. and MentalHealthPH organizations.

Lenard Kodie Macayan was hailed as Mr. Fahrenheit / Mr. Gay World Philippines 2020. He will represent the Philippines in a rescheduled pageant on March of 2021 at Johannesburg, South Africa.
