- ₱2,000 security deposit, refundable 24 hours after the event, subject to inspection.
- Clean-as-you-go policy strictly enforced
- Loud noises are not permitted after 10:00 PM
- Music is allowed until 12:00 MN Only
- No elevators available. Please use the stairs with caution.
- As this is an outdoor venue, free cancellation is allowed in case of extreme weather conditions
- Free parking for 2–3 vehicles
- Nearest public parking: SM North EDSA Multi-Level Parking.
