"Lance David Tepora to Represent the Philippines at World Fitness Supermodel 2025"
Man of the Philippines proudly presents Lance David Tepora as the official Philippine representative to the World Fitness Supermodel 2025 competition to be held in Thailand this coming September.
From Marilao, Bulacan, 22-year-old Lance David Tepora proves that with discipline, perseverance, and heart, anything is possible. Standing tall at 5’11, Lance is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, Class of 2025. But beyond the diploma lies a story of grit, transformation, and unstoppable dreams.

“When I was informed that I’d represent Marilao in Man of the Philippines, I was genuinely surprised and grateful. I promised myself that I’d give my best—and I did.”
Now, Lance is leveling up, as he prepares to represent the Philippines at the upcoming World Fitness Supermodel 2025 dubbed as the 4th WFS Master Series Championships happening in Thailand on September 29-October 1.
THE FITNESS JOURNEY
Lance’s transformation began during the COVID-19 pandemic—a time when challenges fueled his motivation.
“I started working out because of the criticisms I received. Instead of letting them break me, I used them to build a better version of myself—physically, mentally, and emotionally.”
Despite financial hurdles, lack of supplements, and moments of low energy, Lance stayed consistent. Today, he continues to inspire by staying disciplined in his gym routines, cardio sessions, and mindful diet.
“Discipline is more important than motivation. Even on days I don’t feel like working out, I push myself—because this is bigger than me.”
PREPARATION FOR THAILAND
Lance is currently undergoing intensive training—including daily workouts, cardio, strength building, and strict nutritional planning.
Thanks to the Man of the Philippines (MOPH) family, he’s now supported with essential supplements like protein powder and creatine to sustain his growth and recovery.
“Winning this competition is my mission—not just for myself, but for the Philippines. I’m giving my all.”
