We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who played a crucial role in making Season 2024 of Governor’s Cup (Basketball Tournament) and Congressmen’s Cup (Volleyball Tournament) a tremendous success.
First, we thank our Lord God Almighty for guiding us through this tournament.
We express our deep appreciation to Congressman Alfelito M. Bascug, District I Representative, Congressman Adolph Edward "Eddiebong" G. Plaza, District II Representative. Provincial Governor Santiago B. Cane, Jr., and Provincial Vice Governor Samuel E. Tortor, along with the full support of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members, for spearheading the 2024 Governor’s Cup and Congressmen’s Cup. Their vision, leadership, commitment to serving the Agsurnons, and inspiring our youth through sports are truly commendable.
Our sincere thanks also go to the City and Municipal Mayors, as well as the Sangguniang Panlungsod and Sangguniang Bayan Members, for your unwavering support and dedication in making this sports event a historic one.
To the City and Municipal Sports Coordinators, we appreciate your collaboration, working hand-in-hand with us, and for always being a reliable partner throughout the tournament. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed.
To the coaches and coaching staff, we are grateful for leading the team and ensuring the well-being of the younger generation of players. Your guidance has allowed them to showcase their sportsmanship and talent.
A special thanks to the Officiating Officials for basketball and volleyball. Your expertise, dedication, and extra effort made this event exceptional. The members of the Technical Working Group (TWG) deserve commendation and gratitude as well for you all served with positive attitude, patience, and honor.
To all the players, both in volleyball and basketball, thank you for demonstrating your skills and inspiring everyone with your dedication. Your performances have shown that sports can positively impact lives. May this event remain a cherished memory. And wherever may life take you, may you continue to pursue your passion and love for the game along the lessons you gained from it. Remember, your families, friends, and all Agsurnon fans are immensely proud of you.
Lastly, to all the fans, we deeply appreciate your support to your teams and to the whole tournament. Your enthusiasm added excitement and joy to every game, and you have truly brought pride to the teams and happiness to everyone involved.
