9 yrs old to 13 yrs old
Karvill Phase 2A residents only (Batang Makulet players)
No registration fee
No waiver No play
Maximum of 6 teams/ 8 players per team
8 mins per quarter/ OT 4 mins
Draft pick (Depends on player skill set)
4 mins mandatory subs. till 3rd quarter
Semis and Finals mandatory subs 1st half only
Top 4 Semi Finals
No twice to beat
2 teams tied: Win over the other
3 or more teams: Quotient
No battle for 3rd
