With a heavy heart, we share the official advisory from the LGU Manolo Fortich regarding the postponement of all Banog-Banog Festival 2026 activities.

This difficult decision was not made lightly. In light of the current global and national situation, the safety, security, and overall well-being of our community remain our highest priority. The Task Force recognizes the gravity of the crisis and the potential risks it may pose, prompting this necessary step until conditions have stabilized.

We know how much this festival means to everyone—our residents, visitors, partners, and stakeholders—and we deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note that some events organized by our private partners are not yet included in the official postponement and remain subject to further discussion depending on how the situation evolves. These include:

• Dahilayan Mountain Trail Ultra (May 1–2, 2026)
• Born To Roam Manolo Fortich (May 8–12, 2026)
• Banog-Banog Mixed Terrain Half-Marathon (June 6, 2026)

We will continue to provide updates as soon as new developments arise.
