Introducing Prof. Dr. Maredil Rafael Ambos, a distinguished author of "The Culture of People: Navigating Human Behavior in Organization." Hailing from the Philippines, Dr. Ambos is a Full-Time Professor 3 and OIC Dean na ako of the College of Education at Central Philippine University, where he also serves as a coordinator for professional education subjects. With a rich academic background, he earned his Bachelor of Secondary Education (Cum Laude), MA in Teaching, and Ed.D. in Educational Management. He has been honored with multiple doctorates, including Doctor of Humanities and Ph.D. degrees in Educational Leadership and Curriculum and Instruction.

A prolific researcher, Dr. Ambos has numerous publications, including books, modules, and research papers (Scopus). His work has significantly contributed to education and leadership, and he is a respected community leader, initiating outreach programs that benefit thousands of children and youth. His accolades include the Top Outstanding Men of Asia 2024, Most Outstanding Professor of the 21st Century, and numerous awards recognizing his dedication to teaching, leadership, and humanitarian service.

Introducing Prof. Nada Ratković from Croatia, one of the distinguished authors of "Global Horizons: Strategies and Innovations in International Tourism." Prof. Ratković is a highly accomplished educator, researcher, and advocate, renowned for her dedication to advancing education, science, and human rights. Born in Sinj, Croatia, she holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Economics, and has built a prolific career spanning academia, research, and social activism.

Currently an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics, Business, and Tourism in Split, and Professor Advisor in High Vocation School Ban Josip Jelačić Sinj, she specializes in Science, Technology, Innovation, Statistics, Entreprenurschip, ICT and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Her extensive experience includes managing national and international projects, authoring scientific articles, and organizing conferences and training sessions worldwide. A passionate advocate for women’s rights and social justice, Prof. Ratković is also a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert and AI trainer.

Her dedication to innovation and leadership has earned her numerous awards, including the prestigious "Leadership in Tourism Innovation Award," which she will receive after completing her article for the book.
