To ensure a smooth and hassle-free entry to Boracay Island, all participants of the 7th National Summit on Government Procurement are encouraged to register through the Boracay iPASS system prior to arrival at the jetty port.

For your convenience, a PICPA Summit Assisted Lane has been arranged at the Caticlan Jetty Port exclusively for our delegates.

To avail of this fast and dedicated lane, please make sure to:

Complete your registration in the Boracay iPASS system before your travel;

Inform the personnel at the jetty that you are a PICPA Summit participant.

This special lane is intended to help you avoid long queues and facilitate faster processing going to the island.

The Committee has decided to conduct an early registration to better accommodate all participants.

We are pleased to inform everyone that payment and claiming of kits will take place on:

📅 April 27, 2026
⏰ Early Registration: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📍 Paradise Garden Resort Hotel & Convention Center, Boracay Island, Aklan

All participants are encouraged to proceed to the designated area on the said date to settle payments and claim their kits.

🔐 For Existing Users (Log In):
• Enter your username and password
• Click Log in to access your account

🆕 For New Users (Create an Account):
• Click “Create new account” on the login page
• Fill out the required details (username, password, name, email, etc.)
• Click “Create my new account”
• Check your email and click the confirmation link to activate your account

📌 Tip: Don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the confirmation email.
