Come and Fly your Kite with us at the first ever "COPERS Kite Festival" this coming November at the Bulacan Sports Complex brought to you by the College of Physical Education, Recreation and Sports students from Bulacan State University.
Spectacular kites of all shapes, sizes are very much welcome.

This will be a great opportunity to bond with your family, jowas and barkadas. Come and fly your kite with us!
