π§οΈ Rain Check! π§οΈ
Dear Participants,
It is with great regret that we announce the cancellation of Philippine Riders Jamboree, scheduled to take place on July 29-30,2023, due to the severe weather conditions and ongoing floods in the area. The safety and well-being of our participants, staff, and volunteers are of utmost importance to us, and after careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to RESCHEDULE the event.
We have been closely monitoring the weather forecasts and consulting with local authorities, and it has become evident that the current situation poses significant risks to the safety and security of everyone involved. The unpredictable nature of the floods and the potential hazards they present make it impossible for us to proceed with the event as planned.
While we understand the disappointment and inconvenience this cancellation may cause, please know that it was not a decision taken lightly. Our primary concern is to ensure that no harm comes to any of our participants or team members.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we understand the time and effort you have invested in preparing for the event. Rest assured, we will be working diligently to assess the situation and explore the date of reschedule for the event at a later date when the conditions are safe and favorable.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to our event support team here at our page - Philippine Riders Jamboree.
We will do our best to address your inquiries promptly.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this cancellation may cause, and we hope for your understanding in this matter. Let us prioritize the safety and well-being of all involved, and we look forward to welcoming you to a future edition of Philippine Riders Jamboree when conditions permit.
Again, please wait for further announcements on the RESCHEDULE.
Stay safe and take care. βοΈ
Sincerely,
Philippine Riders Jamboree organizers
