On October 2, 2026 at 0600H, the Alpha Centauri Educational System Inc. (ACES) ROTC Unit successfully conducted its 10th Training Day, bringing together the Advance ROTC Officers and Basic ROTC Cadets and Cadettes for another day of learning, training, and discipline.
During the training, the Advance ROTC Officers took the role of instructors as they taught the Basic ROTC Cadets and Cadettes the fundamentals of basic facing and military drills under the guidance of AM JAYSON BARISO PAF. Through proper demonstrations and instructions, the basic cadets practiced different facing movements, proper ex*****on of commands, body positioning, and coordination while developing discipline and confidence.
The training also emphasized the importance of military discipline. The cadets were reminded to follow commands properly, maintain proper bearing, respect their fellow cadets and officers, and work together as one unit.
This training day showed the importance of leadership through action. By teaching and guiding the Basic ROTC Cadets and Cadettes, the Advance ROTC Officers were able to share their knowledge while also strengthening their own leadership and communication skills.
Every movement and command served as an opportunity for the cadets to improve their discipline, confidence, teamwork, and sense of responsibility. Through continuous training, the ACES ROTC Unit continues to develop cadets who are prepared to face challenges and become responsible future leaders and citizens.
The ACES ROTC Unit extends its appreciation to our dedicated Military Training Instructors for their continuous guidance, supervision, and commitment to the development of our cadets.
May every training strengthen our discipline, every command build our confidence, and every challenge bring us closer to becoming a better, united, and disciplined ROTC Unit.
