Our seafood platter starts right here, over open coals, basted by hand, cooked the way it should be, not rushed, not mass-produced. Oysters, shrimp, and squid, all grilled to order, all from our own farm.

There's a common assumption that a beautiful alfresco restaurant with fresh, farm-sourced seafood must come with a steep price tag.

Here's the part most people don't know. Because we own the farm, we've removed the layers most restaurants pay for: brokers, third
party suppliers, delayed shipping, cold storage markups. That savings doesn't disappear. It shows up on your bill.

An Oyster platter that would typically run 1000+ elsewhere is priced at 750Php here, not because the quality is lower, but
because the supply chain is shorter.

Literally: farm-to-fork, same day.

We built Grande Royale's alfresco space so families, teams, and friends could sit down to that kind of quality without the special
occasion price tag.

Tag someone who still thinks fresh seafood has to be expensive.

If the last time you were here was for a wedding or a party, you haven’t seen Grande Royale yet.

What used to be just an events place has grown into so much more. A full grazing table for every celebration. A complete cocktail bar. A garden built specifically for weddings, the kind of space made for saying “I do.” A dessert station. A wood-fired pizza station. Something here now for every kind of gathering.

And our signature dish grew right along with us. What started as one seafood platter is now two we’re really proud of, our K-Jun platter and our oyster platter.
