โ€ข Single and never been married
โ€ข Of good moral character
โ€ข At least 5โ€™4โ€ in height
โ€ข With a pleasing personality
โ€ข A Filipino citizen
โ€ข Open to all qualified women, including non-residents of Passi City
โ€ข Previous titleholders may join, provided they are not bound by any existing pageant contract or agreement
