2-DAY DEVELOPMENTAL VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE | IMPORTANT SPECIFIC REMINDERS
a. The 2-day Developmental Volleyball League is on August 28-29, 2022.
b. The Screening Date is on August 20, 2022 from 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM only.
c. The venue for both the Screening and the game dates is at Hinigaran Gymnasium.
d. Hinigaran Sports Program Form 002 shall be accomplished by each team to ensure the credibility of the identity of each player of the team. A soft copy will be distributed among the coaches and team captains.
e. Only 8 slots for both divisions can be accommodated; maximum of 10 with a total team of minimum of 16 and a maximum of 20.
f. Men’s Division schedule of games is on 28th; 29th is for the Women’s division.
g. An opening program will be held on August 28, 2022 before the official start of the league.
h. No varsities are allowed to join nor any players who are currently endorsed by a volleyball club.
i. Original Live Birth Certificate is a requirement upon the screening Date (failure to submit will lead to non-inclusion in the team); Vaccination Card is optional (In response to the Declaration of our Human Rights, for us to be able to decide for ourselves medically).
j. Players subject for address verification shall need to present another valid document to ensure fairness (this depends on the screening committee). The player must provide the back up document to authenticate his/her address within 3 days period; hence, on August 23, 2022.
k. Upon the screening date, all official players of a team shall need to observe ‘’no staggering screening’’ policy, that means, the team shall need to secure ALL the documents of the players and the official players listed need to be present on the day of the screening to be honored. Otherwise, the absent player will not be included on the roster of the team’s official players.
l. The Screening Committee is composed of Aranda Youth Assembly youth volunteers and the Hinigaran Sports Program Volleyball Club.
m. A registration of Php 1, 000 for each team is applied.
n. Knock-out system will be used in the entirety of the league with 5-sets play.
o. In order to ensure that ALL official players of the team can play, the tournament manager imposes PASARELLE system (that is, the coach or the team captain of the team shall make use ALL of the players to play in the entirety of the 5-set, knock-out system play of the league; hence, each official players shall need to enter the ball game in any of the sets and make use ALL the players in the league).
p. In cases of emergency, a stand-by medic is on the rescue for any untoward incident that may arise.
q. Everyone shall practice CLAY GO (Clean as You Go).
r. A yell or cheering galore is required from each team in the opening program.
s. Awarding will follow right after the scheduled division games; 28th for Men’s and 29th for Women’s.
t. Best Players will also be awarded only within the winning team.
u. A certificate and cash prize will be given to the winners.
