Tilapia Festival is being organized by Immaculate Conception Parish Guagua Town Fiesta Committee 2017 as a thanksgiving and tribute to Guagua's role as one of the major Tilapia producer in the Philippines. This festival is part of 2017 Guagua Town Fiesta, and 427th Founding Anniversary of Guagua, Pampanga.
