๐ On Motorcycles with Open Pipes
Furthermore, the Barangay urges all motorcycle owners and riders to avoid the use of improvised or open-pipe exhaust systems. These modifications create excessive and unbearable noise, disrupt community peace, and pose safety risks, especially during the busy holiday season. By avoiding open pipes, we help maintain a calmer, safer, and more livable environment for families, students, senior citizens, and everyone in our community.
This resolution was sponsored by Sangguniang Barangay Member Ryde Rosales Petaca and strongly led by our very dynamic and supportive Punong Barangay Renante D. Curit, demonstrating our collective commitment to ensuring a peaceful and accident-free holiday celebration for all residents.
