Nothing that it made him generate more income, he left his balut business and focused on the vinegar. From a capital of 90, he was able to make four bottles of vinegar, which were infused with herbs and spices on a gallon of coconut wine. Now, he is Getting 20 containers of fermented coconut wine from his suppliers on toril.
His product, Ellieโs Premium Sukang Tuba, was named after his baby girl. His product, which is purely organic, is also best for dishes like kinilaw, paksiw and humba. The budding entrepreneur is also using social media to market his product.
