We are inviting everyone to join the Blood Letting Activity organized by the Department of Health (DOH).
📅 Date: Saturday, March 14
⏰ Time: 8 am - 5 pm
📍 Venue: Gym, F. Bangoy National High School
Reminders BEFORE Blood Donation:
1. Have at least 6–8 hours of quality sleep;
2. No alcohol intake within 12 hours;
3. Eat a healthy meal before your donation (avoid fatty food);
4. Drink plenty of water before the donation;
5. Must weigh at least 50 kg to be eligible to donate whole blood; and
6. Check if any medications you are taking or recently took would prevent you from donating.
Your blood donation can help save lives and support patients who are in need of blood. Teachers who are interested in donating are encouraged to participate.
