Be part of this meaningful celebration of Cebuano faith, culture, and tradition, featuring the solemn Procession of Saints with beautifully adorned carrozas representing the cities and municipalities of Cebu Province.

🎟️ FREE WRISTBANDS | LIMITED ONLY

Wristbands will be distributed on August 29, 2026 at the Cebu City Sports Center on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS.

Please be advised that the wristbands are strictly limited to the seating capacity of the Cebu City Sports Center. Once all available wristbands have been distributed, no additional wristbands will be issued.

GOV PAM BRINGS ₱3 MILLION SUPPORT TO CARMEN, PLUS ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE FOR BARANGAY PROJECTS AND DEPED CARMEN CASH PRIZE

One of the purposes of Governor Pamela “Pam” Baricuatro's visit to the Municipality of Carmen was to personally extend the support of the Provincial Government of Cebu to the people of Carmen.

During her visit, Governor Pam turned over a ₱3 Million cheque to support the socio-cultural activities for the Carmen Town Fiesta To Mayor Carlo Villamor. This assistance is a testament to the Provincial Government's continued support for local culture, traditions, and celebrations that bring communities together.

Governor Pam also distributed cheque's to several barangays in Carmen to support their respective community projects and initiatives.

In addition, Governor Pam also gave ₱50,000 cash for the prizes of the DepEd Night In Carmen.

Beyond attending the celebrations and meeting the people, Governor Pam's visit brought meaningful assistance directly to the municipality, its barangays, and the education sector.

This is service in action supporting culture, empowering communities, supporting education, and bringing the Provincial Government closer to the people.

This is our Governor Pamela S. Baricuatro.

This video is taken in the Municipality of Carmen during her visit for the DepEd Night in line of the towns fiesta.

During her arrival, there was no drama and no grand entourage just a simple and modest presence, accompanied by only a small security detail.

Joining our beloved Governor were Mayor Carlo Villamor, Board Member Mike Villamor, Provincial Administrator Sec.Ace Durano, Assistant Provincial Administrator Aldwin Empaces and the dedicated Capitol Team of Governor Pam.

And during her introduction and speech, you could truly feel the love and warm support of the people of Carmen for Governor Pam. The applause, the cheers, and the warm reception showed how much the people appreciated and loved their Governor.

From north to south, from our beloved towns to our vibrant cities, Cebu will once again showcase the beautiful connection between faith, culture, history, and tradition. 🙏💃

The participating carrozas will also feature the beloved patron saints and sacred images of the different localities of Cebu a meaningful expression of the enduring faith of every Cebuano.
