SJBL OFFICIAL STATEMENT:

​We, the SJBL Committee, wish to issue a sincere and unqualified apology for the events that transpired during last night's championship game.
​We recognize that the outcome was not the conclusion anyone desired, and we understand the deep frustration and disappointment felt by all involved.
​The SJBL Committee takes full responsibility for the lapses in game management and oversight that occurred. While we regret not having taken actions that could have altered the specific outcome of those events, we are committed to learning from this incident.

​We want to unequivocally state that our decisions were never intended to favor or prejudice any team. Our mission is always to uphold fairness and the integrity of the game.

​We are truly sorry for the disappointment this has caused. We value your trust and promise to review our processes immediately to ensure such issues are not repeated.
