With a heart of service, the 𝐒𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 was established in 1979 as an extension of the Sacred Heart Parish, which was originally founded to serve the Filipino-Chinese community in Cebu. Today, as a territorial parish, Sacred Heart Parish serves a broader community, and we continue to uphold our mission to provide a unique blend of cultural, spiritual and recreational activities that foster a sense of community and development. Operated and managed by the 𝐒𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐋𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, we aim to be a venue for the physical, intellectual, cultural and spiritual development of the community. Over the years, Sacred Heart Center has undergone numerous renovations to improve its service and facilities, with the most recent renovation in 2019. Sacred Heart Center operates three main revenue streams: Café Cristina, sports facilities and function halls. Café Cristina is renowned for its Chinese cuisine, snack items, and beverages, complemented by ambient music and warm lighting. Awarded Best Siopao in Cebu in 2019 and 2024, the Café has become a beloved gathering place for local families and visitors alike. Sacred Heart Center also features seven event halls that can accommodate various guest capacities, ranging from 50 to 400 guests, and offers reasonably customizable catering packages. Additionally, the sports facilities include a 25-meter swimming pool, a basketball court, and a fully equipped fitness gym.
