𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐒 || Concluding the showcase of talents in Arabic language and Islamic values, eight Grade 5 pupil-contenders exhibited their communication skills and public speaking prowess in Naseehah, an oratorical speech competition under Musabaqah category of Regional Festival of Talents (RFOT), on April 28, 2024 at Catbalogan I Central Elementary School.

With a maximum time of seven minutes to prepare and present, contestants delivered their informative, persuasive, and entertaining oratorical pieces that featured themes relevant to the Muslim community.

Awards and recognitions for all winners and participants of the 2024 RFOT will be announced during the final day of the event celebration, April 29, 2024 at the Samar State University Gymnasium.

𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐒 || Following the Harf Touch competition, Qur'an Reading contest went on at Catbalogan I Central Elementary School, featuring eight Grade 6 pupils from the different competing divisions in the 2024 Regional Festival of Talents (RFOT).

Participants demonstrated their Qur'an reading ways as they read the same Qur'an surah (verse) in Tawasot (chant).

Qur'an reading is a competition that includes pupils from the elementary level under the Musabaqah, one of the eight categories in the EV RFOT jointly by Catbalogan City Government, and DepEd, Schools Division of Catbalogan City.

Awards and recognitions for all winners and participants of the 2024 RFOT will be announced during the final day of the event celebration, April 29, 2024, at the Samar State University Gymnasium.

𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐒 || Commencing the competitions in the Musabaqah category, Grade 2 pupils battled in the Harf Touch, a contest that showcased their skills in reading Arabic letters while blindfolded, during the third day of the 2024 Regional Festival of Talents (RFOT).

Held at Catbalogan I Central Elementary School on April 28, 2024, the participants' cognition and psychomotor domains were tested as they were only given one minute to touch, recognize, and pronounce Arabic letters engraved on illustration boards.

Three contenders with highest number of correct Arabic letters within the allotted time were proclaimed as winners.
