๐‡๐ˆ๐†๐‡๐‹๐ˆ๐†๐‡๐“๐’ || Showcasing their impressive abilities, learners enrolled in the Special Needs Education Program (SNEd) participated in the Storytelling in Filipino Sign Language and Braille Reading of the 2024 Regional Festival of Talents (RFOT) held on April 28, at Catbalogan 1 SPED Center.

The Special Needs Education Program (SNEd) is one of the eight categories comprising the Storytelling in Filipino Sign Language & Braille Reading competitions. It is intended to empower participants by providing them with an opportunity to highlight their abilities, fostering a sense of belonging, and promoting awareness for inclusive education and the rights of individuals with special needs.

Awards and recognitions for all winners and participants in this event will be announced during the final day of the event celebration, April 29, 2024, at the Samar State University Gymnasium.

This event empowers participants to exhibit abilities, and fosters pride and belonging for inclusive education.
