Pre-registration will start on February 15th, 16th, and the 22nd while the Medical Mission itself will be held on the 5th of April. Please see our flyer below for additional information.

Tree Planting and Growing:

A. Partner Agency: MCWD
B. Planting/Growing Site.

MCWD Filtration - For the young at hearts.
Maulaug River / Dam Site - For younger generations.

C. Date and Time.

1. March 22, 2020 - In celebration of International World Water Day (per suggestion from MCWD).

2. Hours:
3:30 - Assembly Time
4:00 - Start of Convoy going to the Site
5:00 - Mass
6:00 - Start of Program
8:30 - Tree Planting and Growing
10:30-11:00- Boodle Fight

D. Activities Before the Event
1. Preparation of Tree Guard
2. Printing of Tree Number
3. Banner (Host Class)
4. Banner per Class (reminder)
5. Identify and confirm participants per Class
(2nd Week of February)
6. Fertilizer Donation (Host Class)
7. Donation for Tree Maintenance is P50.00 per participant.
(This includes seedling, year long provisions of fertilizer,
water supply, and other materials needed.)
8. Remind all participants to have a hearty early breakfast
9. Food for Boodle Fight
10. Attendance sheets per Class

E. Activities During the Event
1. Attendance before the Convoy
2. Convoy lead by the Host Class
4. Each Batch will provide their own transportation
3. Food transportation
4. Attendance and Assistance (on-site)
5. Assigned Boodle Fight area per batch
