PM Vargas sa agarang pagpasa ng ‘Philippine Bicycle Act’ upang mapalawak ang bike lanes at mabigyan ng alternatibong transportasyon ang mga Pilipino sa gitna ng tumataas na presyo ng langis, kasabay ng panawagan sa pribadong sektor na magtayo ng bike-friendly facilities at samantalahin ang mga insentibong buwis.
