The Cluster 2 meeting was successfully conducted in preparation for the upcoming Cluster Meet. Present during the meeting were representatives from NAC and CIT, while NORMI was unable to attend due to a school activity. However, the Sports Coordinator from NORMI relayed that they are willing to agree and cooperate with whatever decisions are finalized during the meeting to ensure a smooth and well-organized event.
The meeting was presided over by Mr. Napoleon Clark Chanjueco Sadiasa, the Cluster 2 Vice President, who officially opened the session and presented the meeting agenda. He then turned over the floor to Mr. Dwight Kishna R. Sevilla, who led the discussion on the expenditures from the previous yearโs Cluster Meet and Regional Games. The budget liquidation report from last year was presented, including the total cluster share from the previous and current semesters (First Semester, S.Y. 2025โ2026).
Following the financial report, the group discussed and finalized the official dates for the upcoming Cluster Meet, which was agreed to be held on November 26โ28, 2025, with CIT serving as the host institution. The group also deliberated on the list of sports events to be played during the Cluster Meet, as well as the selected games that will advance directly to the Regional Games.
After the discussions, participants conducted a venue tour to assess the possible playing areas and ensure that the facilities were accessible and convenient for the athletes, minimizing walking distances between venues. The delegation then proceeded to distribute assigned tasks and responsibilities among the member institutions to guarantee efficient preparation and coordination.
For this yearโs Cluster Meet, the overall theme will be inspired by the Avatar concept, where each participating school represents a nation: CIT as the Fire Nation, NAC as the Water Nation, and NORMI still deciding between the Earth Nation or Air Nation.
The meeting concluded successfully and peacefully, with positive participation and cooperation from all attendees. Before adjournment, the group also discussed the submission of required documents for the athlete screening process to ensure proper compliance and smooth facilitation of the upcoming event.
Overall, the Cluster 2 meeting was productive, well-organized, and conducted in a spirit of teamwork and collaboration, setting a strong foundation for a successful Cluster Meet this year.
