Happy Fiesta, Boac! 🎉

Today, December 8, is a truly special day for every Boaceño and Catholic worldwide!

We celebrate the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the beloved Patroness of the Boac Cathedral and the Principal Patroness of the Philippines.

For all Catholics, this Solemnity is a Holy Day of Obligation, requiring attendance at Mass to honor the unique grace given to Mary—that she was conceived without the stain of original sin, in anticipation of her becoming the Mother of God.

May the faith and purity of the Inmaculada Concepcion guide and bless the people of Boac, Marinduque, and our entire nation.

Let us celebrate with profound faith, joy, and unity!

O Virgin of the Miraculous Medal, Mother of grace and mercy, cover us with your mantle of protection. May your radiant intercession guide us, heal us, and lead us closer to your Son, Jesus. Amen.
