BANTAYAN - Held in Teresito Dragon Fruit Farm, the BIMB Organizers achieved their target donation of PHP 40,000.00 to the children of the barangay Sungko and Sulangan daycare centers.

Representing the Municipality of Bantayan are Hon. Markham Y. Mansueto and Hon. Darryl Josef C. Despi.

The ceremonial cheque was turned over to Sungko Barangay Captain Galo Aloyan and Sulangan 1st Councilor Joseph Chavez.

RACE KIT CLAIMING

RACERS MUST REGISTER / CLAIM RACE KITS FROM 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM, SATURDAY, AUGUST 13 AT THE BANTAYAN COMPLEX. THIS IS MANDATORY FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS WHO’S ADDRESS IS FROM BANTAYAN ISLAND.�

PLEASE BRING ONE VALID ID [PSA / BIRTH CERTIFICATE] OR SOFT COPY PRESENTED FOR NAME / AGE VERIFICATION. PARTICIPANTS WITH PHYSICAL REGISTRATION MUST HAVE SIGNED THEIR DOCUMENTS. NO I.D. MEANS YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO COMPETE.�

FOR OUTSIDE BANTAYAN ISLAND WE WILL CONTACT YOU FOR FURTHER DETAILS REGARDING YOUR STAY HERE, ETC.�

ALL RACERS ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK IN AT TERESITO FARM BEFORE 1:30 PM. THIS IS MANDATORY FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS. TENTS / WATER WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE BIKE CHECK-IN AREA.�
THE SUNGKO-SULANGAN ROAD WILL BE CLOSED AT 2:15 PM, AND WILL ONLY BE OPEN AT CERTAIN TIMES TO ALLOW TRAFFIC. HENCE WE ARE REQUIRING ALL PARTICIPANT TO BE AT THE VENUE.�
ONCE YOU ARE AT THE VENUE, WE WILL LET YOU PROCEED TO THE RACE AREA PER CATEGORY. LIMITED WATER IS PROVIDED AT THE CHECK-IN AREA. WE ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO BRING THEIR OWN BOTTLE.�
ALL BIKERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOUBLE-CHECKING ALL THEIR BIKES AND EQUIPMENT.�
WE WILL START ON TIME PER CATEGORY AND ANNOUNCE ONCE EACH CATEGORY LINES UP WITH THE ROLLING START.�
WHEN RACING, ALL BIKERS ARE TO STAY ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROAD AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.

THE BIMB TEAM X BANTAYAN LGU WILL OVERSEE THE ENTIRE ROUTE.

ALL MEALS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED AT THE END OF THE LAST CATEGORY SO WE CAN ALL GATHER FOR THE AWARDING. RAFFLE WILL ALSO BE ANNOUNCED AT THE AWARDING CEREMONY.
