WHO RUNS THE WORLD? (And the track!) 🏃♀️✨
As of today, the numbers are in, and the message is clear: Women have taken the lead for Takbong PDEA 2026! With a staggering 56.9% of our registrants being female, this year’s run is more than just an advocacy for a drug-free nation—it’s a celebration of strength, resilience, and the power of women.
In celebration of National Women’s Month, here is why this milestone matters:
• Mental Health is a Priority: Women often carry the "invisible load" of family and work. Running isn't just exercise; it's a mental reset. The release of endorphins helps combat stress and anxiety, giving us the clarity to lead and thrive.
• Stepping Out of the Comfort Zone: Whether it’s your first 3K or your tenth 10K, every step is a deliberate choice to challenge your limits. Real growth happens the moment you push past "I can't" and realize "I just did."
• Breaking Barriers: This 56.9% turnout shows that women are reclaiming public spaces and taking charge of community health. We aren't just participants; we are the influencers of a healthier, drug-free lifestyle.
To our male participants (all 43.1% of you!), we love the support—now let’s see if you can keep up! 😉
