Cookies and Monetary Envelopes: The Client shall receive cookies and monetary envelopes equivalent to the confirmed number of guests included in the selected package. No additional fee shall be charged for the standard quantity corresponding to the confirmed guest count.

23. Wedding officiant - Solemnizing Officer- to perform the marriage ceremony
Events Management & Coordination
24. Events Manager – Manages the wedding from the date of booking until completion of the event, including client coordination, planning, scheduling, supplier management, and overall event supervision.
25. Wedding Host – Welcomes guests, facilitates the program flow, makes important announcements, engages the audience, and helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable celebration.
26. Wedding Coordinator – Handles the concerns and requests of the couple and guests and coordinates with the suppliers throughout the event.
Coordinator Assistant – Available for packages of 50 PAX and above, subject to the applicable additional fee. Assists in organizing the wedding, particularly in guiding and managing the entourage.
Photography

Crew Meal
• Meals for assigned event staff, including the Wedding Coordinator, Host, Photographer, and other authorized crew members, to ensure uninterrupted service throughout the wedding.
28. Marriage Documentation Assistance
Filing and assistance with the release of the Marriage Certificate, subject to the requirements and processing procedures of the appropriate government office.
PACKAGE NOTES
• Package rates are based on the confirmed number of guests.
• Additional guests are subject to the applicable per-person rate.
• All package inclusions are subject to the terms and conditions of the A Promise Into Reality Wedding Events Management All-In Package Agreement.
• Any request to remove or replace an included supplier must be approved by TEAM APIR and does not automatically result in a deduction or refund, as the package is offered as a bundled service.
