Session 3 in the books! 🏀🔥

We are officially on our third basketball training session, and the kids are making amazing progress! Today, we took things up a notch with two big focuses:

Finger Dribble Drills (Part 2): We are building on their foundation! The kids worked on gaining even more control by using their fingertips rather than their palms. It's all about building that muscle memory so they can dribble with their heads up and survey the court.

Defensive Closeouts: Offense sells tickets, but defense wins games! Today the kids learned how to properly "close out" on an attacking player—sprinting out, chopping their feet to stay balanced, and getting a hand up to contest the shot without fouling.

So proud of the hard work and hustle today. The future is looking bright! 👟✨
