📢 NOTICE: Updated Clubhouse Rates Effective September 2025

😊 Hello everyone!
We’d like to inform you that we have increased our clubhouse rates by ₱1,000 💰 for both
🌱Sampaguita Hall and
🌻Sunflower Hall (day 🌞 and night 🌙 bookings).

🔹️NEW PRICES:
🌱Sampaguita Hall
Day Rate - Php 5100
Night Rate - Php 5600

🌻Sunflower Hall
Day Rate - Php 4700
Night Rate - Php 5200

✅ 4 hours rental
✅ Access for 100 guests
✅ Complimentary swimming access for 10 guests
✅ Tables, chairs, and wireless Bluetooth speaker included!

💡 Additional hour? Just ₱500/hour!

📅 This updated rate applies to all bookings from September 2025 onwards. However, this excludes the reservations that were booked in advance for September, October, November, and beyond.

💡 Why the adjustment?
To help with the rising costs of upkeep 🛠️ 👉 including staff salaries 👨‍🔧, security services 🛡️, electricity 💡, swimming pool maintenance 🏊‍♂️, and other essentials needed to keep our facilities safe, clean, and enjoyable for your events 🎉.
