Barefoot Running Tip 👣

START SLOW

Barefoot running uses muscles in your feet and calves that may not be fully developed yet. Begin with short distances (5–10 minutes) and gradually increase as your feet get stronger.

Barefoot Running Tip 🦶

If you're running on concrete pavement, try stepping on the painted lane markings. They are often smoother and can help reduce friction on your feet.

Also remember:
Your heart is your most important running muscle.

Nutrients like Coenzyme Q10 (Coquinone 30 mg) help support heart muscle energy and cardiovascular health.

Run natural.
Support your heart. ❤️🏃‍♂️👣

What do you do when you hit "The Wall"? 🧱👣

Sa 70km mark sang ultra-marathon, your body screams 'UNTAT NA.' Ang tawag nila dira is 'The Wall.' Sa business, amo man na. Standard sales goals are missed, projects fail, kag daw gusto mo na mag-give up.

Indi pag-i-suicide ang imo handom tungod lang kay kapoy ka na. 🚫

How to push through like a HealthPreneur:

• Don't Look at the Finish Line: Focus on the next 100 meters. One task at a time.

• Adjust your Stride: Kon indi na kaya sang dalagan, lakat. Keep moving.

• Remember the 102K: If I can finish 102km barefoot, you can finish this work week strong.

The difference between a leader and a follower is what they do when they hit the wall. Padayon lang, MgaKagrabee! 🚀

👇 Ano ang pinaka-dako nga 'Wall' mo subong nga week? Let’s conquer it together!

Mid-week na, Mga KaGrabeee! How’s the hustle?

Sa pag-dalagan sang Ultra-marathon, the growth doesn't happen while you are running—it happens while you are recovering. Sa aton spiritual life, amo man na.

'Be still, and know that I am God.' (Psalm 46:10)

Bisan ang pinaka-busy nga tawo kinahanglan mag-pahuway. If you are too busy to pray and rest, you are busier than God intended you to be. Indi pag-i-suicide ang imo spiritual fire sa sige-sige nga 'hustle' nga wala sing pahuway. 🛑🙏

Why Mid-week Reflection matters:

• Recalibrate: Are you still running towards the right goal?

• Surrender: Let go of the stress sang Monday kag Tuesday. Let Him lead the rest of the week.

• Strength: Real stamina comes from a rested soul.

Take 5 minutes today to just be still. Feel the ground beneath your feet and remember who is really in control. Pahuway gamay para mas malayo ang malab-otan.

STRATEGIC FUEL FOR THE BAREFOOT ULTRA RUNNER 👣

Business is an ultra-marathon, and you can’t run a 100km race on junk supplements. Amo man na sa inyo opisina o negosyo.

Most entrepreneurs wonder why they feel the '3 PM crash.' It’s not because you lack motivation; it’s because you lack the right fuel. Indi pag-i-suicide ang imo productivity sa sige-sige nga fast food and substandard vitamins. 🚫🍔

My HealthPreneur Fueling Rules:

• Eat for Energy, not just Taste: Choose foods that keep your blood sugar stable. No sugar spikes, no mental fog.

• Brain Fuel: Omega-3s and Greens are non-negotiable for sharp decision-making.

• The 'Heneral' Rule: If it doesn't help you go the distance, don't put it in your body.

When you eat like an athlete, you lead like a champion. Kay kon husto ang sustansya sang lawas, mas masanag ang paminsaron. 🚀

Stop sprinting like it's a 100m dash. Business is an Ultra-marathon👣📈

Many entrepreneurs start their week with 200% energy, pero pag-abot sang Wednesday, 'out of gas' na. Su***de ina sa imo productivity.

Sa pag-dalagan 100K, if I sprint the first 5km, I will never finish the race. Sa business, amo man na. You need to find your "Sustainable Pace."

My Pacing Tips for the Week:

• Prioritize: Indi pag-ubraha ang tanan sa isa ka adlaw. Focus on the Top 3.

• Breathe: Take "Micro-breaks." Feel the ground, recalibrate.

• Consistency: A steady "Lakat ta" pace beats a one-time sprint every time.

Build a business that lasts. Build a body that can keep up. 🚀

Rest is not a sign of weakness; it’s a strategy for the long run👣

After a week of hustle and long miles, today is for Rest & Reflection. Sa pag-dalagan sang Ultra-marathon, kinahanglan mo sang "Pit Stop" para mag-check sang kondisyon mo. Sa business, the same man.

If you don’t stop to reflect, you’re just running blindly. Indi pag-i-suicide ang imo mental health sa sige-sige nga ubra nga wala sing pahuway. 🛑

My Sunday Plan for Business & Soul:

Gratitude: Pasalamat sa Ginoo for the strength to finish last week’s challenges.

Review: Check the "map." Diin kita nag-sala? Diin kita nag-improve? 🗺️

Refuel: Spend time with family. Sila ang rason kon nga-a gapaninguha kita. ❤️

Take this time to breathe. Prepare your heart and your health for Monday. Kay kon ang lawas kag huna-huna mo tuned-in, wala sing rota nga indi mo masaka. ⛰️

The current marathon national records for the Philippines (42.195 km) as of March 1, 2026:

🏃‍♂️ Men’s Philippine Marathon Record
New Record (2026 Tokyo Marathon): 2:14:32 — set by Sonny Wagdos (Philippine athlete).

This breaks the previous long-standing national mark.

🏃‍♀️ Women’s Philippine Marathon Record
New Record (2026 Tokyo Marathon): 2:33:48 — set by Artjoy Torresgosa (Philippine athlete).

This also surpasses the former female national best.

⚠️ Note: Before these new performances, the old official national records recognized by athletics sources were:

Men: 2:18:44 by Eduardo “Vertek” Buenavista (set in 2004 at the Beppu-Ōita Marathon).

Women: Previously noted around 2:38:44–2:43:31 in various records by Christabel Martes and Mary Joy Tabal.

Small moment, big reminder:

Kung para sayo, para sayo talaga.

Show up lang, like I'm showing up for this run. God will do the rest.

Thank You Lord! 😍🙏

No excuses.

Whatever your circumstances
whether you’re winning or struggling,
confident or afraid
always trust God.

You may not understand the process,
but He sees the whole picture.
Your part is not to control everything,
but to stay faithful.

No excuses.
Just trust Jesus Christ. 🙏

Hydrate before you Caffeinate 💧☕

Before you reach for that first cup of coffee, give your brain the water it needs. Sa matuod lang, after 7 to 8 hours of sleep, dehydrated ang lawas naton.

Most entrepreneurs skip the water kag diretso sa kape. The result? Mind fog and a mid-afternoon crash. Indi pag-i-suicide ang energy mo, KaGrabeee. 🚫

Why do this?

Focus: Water wakes up your brain cells. Mas sanag ang paminsaron mo sa business.

Stamina: Stable energy halin aga asta hapon.

Foundation: Amo ni ang disiplina sang isa ka HealthPreneur.

Start with 1 big glass of water today before you start your hustle. Umpisahan ta ang adlaw nga grounded kag preparado. 👣
