Brgy. 1 Bacolod City was filled with joy and celebration as Mr. and Ms. Teen Masskara 2025 visited the community for a Christmas Outreach dedicated to the children of fishermen on December 20, 2025. The activity aimed to spread hope, happiness, and the true spirit of Christmas among young beneficiaries through meaningful engagement and shared activities.

The program was filled with laughter, music, and joyful moments that brought smiles to both the children and the volunteers. PDA President Dr. Dianne L. Militante actively joined the celebration, sharing fun moments and laughter with the young participants.
