The Property 🏠
Guests have access to the entire house, pool, and garden, with the exception of one bedroom on the first floor reserved for our live-in caretaker family. For groups of 8–10 guests, an additional downstairs bedroom is available. This room is equipped with a fan only.

• Complimentary pickup from Tagbilaran Pier or Panglao Airport for stays of 4 nights or more
• On-site caretaker family of 4 who speak English, Tagalog, and Visayan
• Home-cooked meals available for 100 PHP per meal, payable directly in cash
• Backup generator provided. Includes 3 hours of daily use during power outages. Additional hours available at 300 PHP per hour

The villa is ideally located for exploring Bohol’s top attractions: 45 minutes to the Chocolate Hills and Hot Air Balloon site, 20 minutes to Loboc Adventure Park, 5 minutes to Loay floating restaurants, walking distance to the Python Sanctuary, and 8 minutes to Baclayon for island hopping and dolphin watching. Alona Beach, Panglao is 30 minutes away. Boat trips can be arranged upon request.
