Les travaux de rรฉhabilitation des stades de Fautaua et Pater menรฉs par l' IJSPF, en vue de l'accueil des Jeux du Pacifique - Tahiti 2027, vont s'รฉtaler jusqu'en 2027. Le stade de Punaruu sera รฉgalement rรฉnovรฉ prochainement, pour les mรชmes raisons et รฉchรฉances.๐
C'est avec grand regret que le bureau du Papeete Rugby Club - Tahiti a du prendre la dรฉcision d'annuler la prochaine รฉdition du Papeete International Rugby 7s prรฉvue en octobre 2026. Ces stades ne pouvant รชtre disponibles.
Cette annulation permettra d'organiser son prochain รฉvรจnement dans d'excellentes conditions d'accueil et de pratique du rugby ร 7, et dans un stade nouvellement amรฉnagรฉ.
D'ici lร , nous donnons RDV aux amoureux du ballon ovale en juillet-aoรปt 2027, pour assister ou suivre les rencontres des Jeux du Pacifique - Tahiti 2027 oรน le rugby ร 7 sera certainement l'une des disciplines "phares", avec la prรฉsence de nombreuses nations de Oceania Rugby qui excellent au niveau mondial ๐ฆ๐บ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ซ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ธ๐น๐ด๐ต๐ฌ๐จ๐ฐ๐ต๐ซ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ณ๐จ๐ณ๐บ๐ฑ๐จ๐น๐ป๐ผ๐ซ๐ฆ๐ธ๐ธ๐ง

The rehabilitation work on the Fautaua and Pater stadiums, carried out by the IJSPF (French Polynesian Institute of Sports and Physical Education), in preparation for hosting the Pacific Games - Tahiti 2027, will continue until 2027. The Punaruu stadium will also be renovated soon, for the same reasons and within the same timeframe.๐
It is with great regret that the Papeete Rugby Club - Tahiti board has had to make the decision to cancel the next edition of the Papeete International Rugby 7s, scheduled for October 2026, as these stadiums will not be available.
This cancellation will allow us to organize his next event in excellent conditions for hosting and playing rugby sevens, and in a newly renovated stadium.
Until then, we invite rugby fans to join us in July-August 2027 to attend or follow the matches of the Pacific Games - Tahiti 2027, where rugby sevens will certainly be one of the flagship disciplines, with the presence of numerous Oceania Rugby nations that excel at the world level ๐ฆ๐บ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ซ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ธ๐น๐ด๐ต๐ฌ๐จ๐ฐ๐ต๐ซ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ณ๐จ๐ณ๐บ๐ฑ๐จ๐น๐ป๐ผ๐ซ๐ฆ๐ธ๐ธ๐ง
