Team mates will have until 12 mins on the clock to each complete heaviest clean complex. (9 mins total time)

1 clean (power or squat)
1 Hang clean (power or squat)
1 clean (power or squat)
1 sh to oh (Jerk any way)
*all TNG reps,

One team mate lifts at a time.

Score = combined heaviest complex

Both team members can have as many attempts as they wish here until the time is upem

Both team members will complete a 90 sec max effort of barbell movement for reps

Person 1: 90 sec max effort Power clean and jerks straight into

Person 2: 90 sec max effort squat cleans

**The 1st 90 secs will roll into the next 90 sec
Score here will be total reps of both team mates combine

Teams can choose who does which 90 sec piece/barbell movement

Standards and movements

Movement 1: C2B/Pull ups/ring rows: 1 athlete working at a time swap in and out as needed

Movement 2: Wall walk burpee DB facing burpee/Burpee box jump overs - 1 athlete working -swap in an out as needed

Movement 3: Devil press: Both athletes working sync-sync is at the top of the movement

Movement 4: Hang squat clean thrusters: 2 people working sync-sync is at the top of the movement

Loading and movements

RX:
C2B Pull ups
DB loading: 22.5kg/15kg

Intermediate/Masters:
Pull ups (1 person working, 1 resting, swap as needed)
DB loading: 15kg/10kg

Beginners:
Ring rows (1 person working, 1 resting, swap as needed)
Burpee box jump overs (1 person working, 1 resting, swap as needed, 20 inches)
