We are lucky again withe weather!

We are set up at Whanganui River Markets today 8.30 till 1pm!

We are right on the river bank under the pohutukawa tree, beside the tram tracks.

Come grab some honey, try some of our homemade products or just say hello!

Once again that forecast for showers has changed.
And we have another fine day for our market.
There is just so much variety amongst our stalls and their hardworking creative owners.
If you are visiting Whanganui, be sure to add some time with us here on the riverbank at our place, full of positive and friendly locals.
The food is great, so much variety, and there is also a chance to discuss the election with local Green Party members today.

We love this photo Kev published of the riverbank behind us, way back when.
The waters of the Whanganui still flow past towards the sea, as they have for ever.
Our history records this as an early site of trading, so to be able to continue this tradition here, with the waters of our awa at our backs is a real privilege.
Come and visit us this morning, and take a moment to stand by the water and reflect on our changing world.

Sam and Emma, are the two local Whanganui friends behind Blooms on Magnolia and The Petal Patch.
They share a huge love of growing dahlias and cut flowers, and over the past few years have been growing and collecting lots of different dahlia varieties. They will be bringing a whole lot of their home-grown dahlia tubers along this morning for people to grow in their own gardens.
They love being able to share their passion for dahlias with other local gardeners and flower lovers.
So call at their stall and have a chat about filling your garden with colour.
