This will be my 5th year doing the Sky Tower Challenge raising money for Leukaemia and Blood Cancer. It's an amazing charity that does great work for those who are suffering from Leukaemia & Blood Cancer.

Every day 8 children and adults are diagnosed with a blood cancer like leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma. LBC is the national charity dedicated to supporting patients and their families.

I’d truly appreciate any support you may be able to spare. It’s simple, fast and totally secure. LBC will e-mail you a tax deductible receipt. All the donation goes directly to LBC.

This Sunday 1st of December I will be at Mitre 10 for a fundrising Sausage Sizzle for my Sky Tower Challenge raising money for Leukemia and Blood Cancer from 9.30 am to 3.00 pm. or until everything gone

$2.50 each which includes Bread, Sausage, Onion & sauce

Yesterday at the 9/11 Memorial climb, my climb was in memory of Leonard Ragaglia Age 36 Engine 34

What a amazing day to remember does who have fallen both on 9/11 and in New Zealand plus catching up with friends from different brigades from around the country Manutuke, Gisborne, Eastland, Rarangi & Blenheim. Always my favorite event of the year.

Sky Tower 2024

The team did extremely well on which you all should be proud of. The Whanganui Team raised collectively $5552, and the event itself broke its record massively this year raising $1, 927, 084!!!! Thanks Blair for tagging along supporting all of us aswell

Triona came 3rd in her category doing it in 17:25.16.

Jordan for his first climb did extremely well and did it in 22:13.16.

Aaron did it in 44:08.34

Fastest time this year was 8:25.23 from a guy from Auckland Airport Fire Brigade.

9 Weeks out from Sky tower challenge, Whanganui Volunteer Fire Brigade Sky Tower Team are excited to be heading up to Auckland on the 18th of May.

All the money from the sky tower challenge will go to Leukaemia and blood cancer. Amazing charity ❤️

Blood cancer combine (Leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma) are the fifth most common form of cancer in NZ

The cause of blood cancer is unknown and these diseases can strike anyone, of any age, at any time without warning.

So registration has opened up for the 2024 Sky Tower challenge

To start off my fundraising for the Sky Tower Challenge, I have teamed up with the Small Talk organiser and Bayleys Real Estate to host this event on the 21st of November at 7 p.m. at Heritage House 136 St Hill Street Whanganui.

Presale $15 at Bayley's Real Estate
Door Sales $20 at Heritage House

Speakers have been booked. Tea/Coffee, nibbles provided
