Here comes the b**r announcements! Tomorrow's is a BIG one🐻

After years of hiatus, it's just 24 sleeps until the return of Winter Ales Fest! Let's kick off the b**r announcements with the reigning 2021 People's Choice winners: Brewaucracy - Brewery & Taproom!
B**r: Smoko
Style: Rauchbier
ABV: 5.9%

A blast from the past, from (we believe) New Zealand's first packaged Rauchbier. This smoked amber l***r features a classic smoke profile from mostly beechwood-smoked malt, with a little wheat for head retention, and a touch of dark malt for a beautiful amber colour. It's got that bacon-on-bread note we recall from back in the day, and has that lovely progression while drinking from "Wait, WHAT?" through to "Mmmm, oh, it's all gone, I need another!".
