Our admin team is busy loading results into Main-Events and getting ready to do prizemoney payouts and any refunds. To ensure this is a smooth process please:

1. Pay any outstanding entry fees immediately - we still have a number of these owing which is frustrating for reconciliations. If you need our bank details please get in touch.
2. Check your bank account details on your Main-Events account are correct - this is where any refunds or prizemoney is paid to. We cannot check every competitor so this is your responsibility please.
3. Please ensure your ESNZ details are correctly loaded into Main-Events (for horse/pony and rider) so they are all matched correctly when we send results to ESNZ.

Thank you - this is not a fast process to do all the back end work after an event, so please give us time to process all the results and triple check payouts before we confirm everything, we will aim to have this completed as soon as humanly possible.
