1 Week to Go ‼️‼️‼️

The Waimate Street Sprints Round 2 are on Next Sunday the 25th of May!

🏁 Kicking off at 9am, It will be an action packed day of Motorsport featuring close to 40 Street Sprint cars all vying for the Fastest Time of the day. Those Drivers that competed at Round 1 back in February will be thinking about their overall Championship results. It won't be over until the Shootout later in the day. Currently it is Johno Shaw from Cromwell in 1st place from Ross Forsyth in 2nd and Nathan Clark in 3rd

🏁 The Drifters will be out in force over the day with 8 of the South Island's Best putting on a smoke show and amping up the crowd!

🏁 Lawrence Sidnell and Donn 'Hopper' McLaren will be your commentary team across the day. These guys will be a lot of fun

🏁 The local Hot Rods and Classic Cars will be on display and their will be a Hotwheels Comp for the Kids with $500 worth of lollies to be given out

🏁 The course is a short exciting layout that utilizes a part of the Waimate 50 Street Circuit that laps around the monument outside Waimate ITM And heads around past the Waimate Event Centre
