HALL EXHIBITS | 2026 ENTRIES
Whether it’s photography, children’s art, baking, growing, making or creating, it’s time to start thinking about your entries for the 2026 Bay of Islands Show Hall Exhibits. There’s a new entry process and schedule this year, so please take note of the important dates:
📸 Wednesday 11 November
Photography: 2:00–3:30pm
Children’s Art: 2:00–4:00pm
These sections will be judged on Wednesday afternoon.
🌻 Friday 13 November
All other Hall Exhibit entries: 9:00am–12:30pm
Judging will take place Friday afternoon.
No entries will be accepted after 12:30pm on Friday — no exceptions.
Non-perishable entries can also be registered on Wednesday between 3:00–4:00pm, allowing you to collect your labels and attach them at home before bringing your exhibits in on Friday.
The Hall opens for viewing at 9:00am on Show Day, with entries, prizes and prize money to be collected between 3:30–4:30pm.
There’s something pretty special about seeing the Hall packed with things grown, baked, photographed, crafted and created by our community. We’d love to see yours among them this year.
